BIKE ON MONDAY     Join us on MONDAY, FEB 4 for an indoor bike session. Arrive at 5:45 to set up and warm up by 6:00am. Our ride will be an intro to Tabata training! Bring your run gear for a transition practice and short brick after the ride!  Please RSVP HERE by kickoff of the SuperBowl if you can make it.

SWIM CLINICS   The YDubTriClub is hosting two swim clinics as a practice for the Azalea Triathlon on March 9. You may attend one or both! The first will be Sunday, February 10 at 9:00 am and will include at least two 300-yard practice snake swims. It will be open to current club members, alumni and to Wilmington's PINK LADIES!  This will be a great opportunity to nail down your estimated 100 yard swim time for race registration. You can change your time up to two weeks before the event.

The second clinic will be held on Sunday, March 3 at 9:00am.   The second clinic will include the 300-yard snake swims + a bike and run option to practice transitions.  This event is open only to current club members and alums. And, you can participate in either clinic --- even if you aren't doing Azalea.

MORE SWIM NEWS:  February 4 and February 11 are our last Monday night swims! A new swim team season begins this month and we need to share our Monday night lane with a record number of swim team participants!  Thank you to so many of you who made this Monday night practice such a success!

WEEKLY YOGA SESSIONS     If you need your yoga fix - Holly Konrady is offering two opportunities each week. Join her on Tuesdays from 6:00p -7:00p at Cape Fear Sports Medicine and Thursdays at Open Studio 5:30p-6:30p. BOTH are donation-based classes.

RUN THIS SUNDAY!! On Sunday, February 3rd, some of us will be doing a long, slow run in Umstead Park in the Raleigh/Cary/Durham area for part of our Half and Full Marathon training.  You do not need to be training for either distance to get a good slow run in with us!  For details or to rsvp, contact Leanne HERE.
