SAVE THE DATE

We're having a Holiday Party on December 18, 2010 at 6:15p at the home of Beth and Neal Andrew. Bring your family, your favorite beverage and a dish to share. If you miss that day's coverage of the Ford Ironman World Championships from Hawaii, we'll replay highlights of the dramatic event that unfolded last month. WEEKEND WORKOUTS

Need a weekend workout fix? There are two opportunities this weekend to bike and run!

Cycle indoors at SPIN City on Saturday, Dec. 18 at 9:30a. As some of you know, Beth Andrew is a new SPIN instructor and needs the practice in front of a live studio audience. This week, she'll take you through a 60-minute superhero-themed ride. Capes are optional. SPIN City is located on 6603 Market Street behind the Unfinished Furniture store! New riders are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to get set up on the indoor stationary bikes! For more info or to RSVP, please CLICK HERE.

Join us for a long run on Sunday! We meet first at the Starbucks at Landfall at 6:15a for a warm-up cup of coffee and conversation. Or, join us at 7:30a in front of the Wrightsville Beach police station. This long run is at an easy, conversational pace around the beach.
