WEEKLY WORKOUTS

A TRIATHLON-SPECIFIC OFF-SEASON TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING CLINIC offered by Fitness for Life will be held on December 16 at 6:15pm.  This workout will include core and power conditioning. PLUS, participants will get a chance to try out the brand new, one and only, Fitness for Life virtual cycling center! Space is limited to EIGHT so click HERE to reserve your spot today!


SAVE THE DATE

We're having a Holiday Party on December 18, 2010 at the home of Beth and Neal Andrew. Bring your family, your favorite beverage and a dish to share. If you miss that day's coverage of the Ford Ironman World Championships from Hawaii, we'll replay highlights of the dramatic event that unfolded last month. Dress is festive casual [or your favorite kalikimaka attire].







YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Sage Rountree is coming to the Wilmington Yoga Center January 14-16!  She's a fantastic Yoga instructor -- specializing in Yoga for athletes. She writes regularly for Runner's World, has written a Pocket Guide to Yoga book and produced a DVD by the same name. r workshops would be great for members of the club. TRIWILMINGTON TRIATHLON TEAM


TriWilmington has launched! The TriWilmington concept was founded on the premise that athletes who live and train in Wilmington [and surrounding areas] should, and want to be part of something bigger, something fun, and something that benefits many charities in the community. 

As part of the YDubTriClub, you can join TriWilmington today. By doing so, you'll get a ton of benefits.
