WEEKEND WORKOUTS

Here are some opportunities to work out this weekend:

BIKE on SATURDAY - Check out the Cycle Center at Fitness for Life! Greg is holding several bike workouts on Saturday morning. Call him at 910-799-8199 for details. You can also check out Beth's 9:30a class at SPIN-CITY!

RUN on SUNDAY - We'll meet downtown at the PCJ on Front Street. Grab a cup of coffee around 6:30am. Our run will begin at 7:30a. You can customize your mileage and "hillage" to suit your level.


COMING NEXT WEEK


A TRIATHLON-SPECIFIC OFF-SEASON TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING CLINIC offered by Fitness for Life will be held on January 27 at 6:15pm.  This workout will include core and power conditioning. Space is limited so click HERE to reserve your spot today!

CLINIC NEWS
Stay tuned for more info on a triathlon clinic in February. We will have several transition stations setup in a round-table format. You'll be able to visit each station to pick up tips and techniques for the Azalea and WAC triathlons. We'll have a stations for transition area set up, swim plan logistics (where to go, what to expect), bike plan logistics (how to warm up, what to wear) and more!  If you have a specific question that you'd like covered, submit it HERE. We'll keep you posted on the who, what, when and where in the next few weeks!
