MONDAY BIKE: We will bike INDOORS tomorrow at the YWCA Main Building. We will do a SPIN + STRENGTH COMBO class. Please bring your bike and bike apparel/nutrition/hydration and a towel. We will incorporate floor work - so bring a yoga mat or towel - and maybe your run shoes. See you at the YWCA Main

Congrats to our SWIM THE LOOP participants! Leanne Vella finished the 3.5 mile swim in 1:42:37 and placed fourth over all women. Holly Konrady clocked a 2:07:24 and Ben Bowie finished in 2:08:35!
Lauren Stephensen placed third in the Motts Channel Sprint. She clocked a 34:39 in the 1.3 mile swim from Blockade Runner to Dockside. Tina Williamson (43:40), Kris Keller (47:12) and Anne Goins (1:26:15) also had stellar races!
