WORKOUT NEWS -------

HOLIDAY SCHEDULE It's Christmas! And almost the New Year! There will be no  swim on Monday night [December 23] or Tuesday morning [December 24]. There will be no track workouts on Christmas Day or New Year's Day. There will be no bike session on the Monday before New Years. Want a workout? Here is what's available next two weeks:

MONDAY - December 23
Yoga at 6:00a

THURSDAY - December 26
Swim at 5:30a

FRIDAY - December 27
Swim at 5:30a
Run at 5:45a

MONDAY - December 30
No Bike Session
Swim at 6pm

TUESDAY - December 31
Swim at 5:30a

 THURSDAY - January 2
Swim at 5:30a

FRIDAY - January 3
Swim at 5:30a
Run at 5:45a

Want to fit in a swim, bike or run on your own? Contact any of our coaches and they'll provide a workout for you!

YOGA ON MONDAY  Join us on MONDAY, December 23 at 6:00a for Yoga for Athletes with Holly Konrady. All club members and veterans are welcome.  Bring a yoga mat if you have one and dress in comfortable layers you can move in. Please RSVP HERE if you plan on attending!

EVENT NEWS  --------

 
Resolution Romp!  Get your new year off to a running start! Join us Saturday, January 4th, for our 2nd Annual New Year's Romp! The race features a GREAT downtown route, is the first timed event on the 2014 calendar, and all proceeds benefit Communities In Schools of Cape Fear's dropout prevention programs. Great food and prizes too, plus a post-race party sponsored by The Husk!


With a 10K, 5K and Resolution Mile, there's a race for every level - no excuses allowed. Oh, and we have free fleece beanies for the first 150 registered... Don't delay - follow the link below, and get your ROMP on!





FITNESS FOR LIFE RIDES  Don't forget to sign-up for January Fitness for Life Thursday night rides - this is a busy time of year and I don't want you to miss out in securing your spot. You may drop off a check at Greg's, hand a check to Leanne or let her know you want to ride for the month of January!
