SWIM CLINIC THIS SUNDAY   Congrats to those of you who participated in our first time trial clinic on February 3. Your results were impressive and indicative of your hard work this season. CLICK HERE for your results! This should be a good indicator for your times for the Azalea sprint triathlon.

The next clinic will be held on Sunday, March 3 at 9:00am.   This clinic will include the 300-yard snake swims and, if weather permits, a bike and run option to practice transitions.  You can participate even if you aren't doing Azalea. More info about the transition practice to come at the end of the week.

Local schools are forming teams to raise money to support staff and student wellness. Rumor is that if the teachers beat the superintedent's 5K time, that teacher gets to wear jeans for a week! Let's go out and support our two teachers - Jen Young at Hoggard and Leanne Vella at Holly Tree for this event! Sign-up info to come.....
