We are taking a summer-sized break!  Our training season begins again in the fall! You'll find workout news and race results right here when we begin again. Until then, there will be frequent updates on open water swims, bikes and runs via RaceReach, Facebook or email.

Huzzah to those who raced WHITE LAKE last weekend in the wind! Meredith Merrill and Greg Koenig competed in their FIRST international distance triathlon - and Greg has quite a story to tell! Alex Paen had a personal best -- he shaved 18 minutes off his previous result! Lauren Stephenson, Kris Keller and Shawn Rhodes rocked the mixed relay and placed second.

PLUS, congrats to Lawrence Landrigan! He competed in the inaugural RocketMan triathlon at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. He placed second in his age-group and 14th overall in the .93 mile swim, 33 mile bike and 6.2 mile run!
