TriClub News - October 17, 2011

Two big pieces of news this week. First, check out the new FAQ page! It includes a few guidelines for the swim, bike and run including a glossary of swim drills and distance measurements for the pool and track! If you have any questions or need clarifications on these terms, you can add them to the comment section below!



The other big news: BIKE on MONDAY is something we're calling CYGA! Holly and Beth are doing a cycling-yoga combo. Join us for an amazing morning wake-up for your body. You will need to bring all of your bike gear + a yoga mat. Please arrive by 5:45a to setup and start the ride on time!
